In a step that reflects its leading position in the fields of engineering consultancy and digital transformation, Fadha Engineering Consultants has won a contract with Holy Makkah Municipality, to provide integrated engineering and consultancy services, contributing to the achievement of sustainable development objectives in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
The contract value exceeds SAR 15 million and focuses on the implementation and operation of an integrated digital system for managing and maintaining the network of parks and public facilities in the city of Makkah. The project will be delivered in partnership with Areez Information Tech and will extend over a period of 36 months. The project aims to enhance asset management efficiency through automated engineering inventory using the latest monitoring technologies and 3D surveying, in addition to developing performance indicators and intelligent analytical reports that support decision-making and optimize operational expenditures. It also includes knowledge transfer and enabling the Municipality to achieve sustainable self-operation, strengthening integration with its current and future technical systems, and contributing to improved beneficiary experience through faster response times and higher service quality.
