In a step that reflects its leading position in the fields of engineering consultancy and digital transformation, Fadha Engineering Consultants has been awarded two strategic contracts exceeding a total value of 30 million SAR with Al-Jouf University and the Holy Makkah Municipality, to deliver comprehensive engineering and consultancy services aimed at enhancing infrastructure quality and supporting sustainable development in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
The company has signed a contract with Al-Jouf University to oversee the technical and engineering supervision of the university’s projects and facilities, ensuring adherence to the highest engineering and architectural standards. The scope of work includes on-site and technical supervision, reviewing designs and drawings, quality control, scheduling, and cost management, in addition to submitting periodic reports to support decision-makers. The project also involves automating project management processes and documentation through the ProMaster system, with the aim of improving project quality, enhancing operational efficiency, accelerating delivery, and ensuring a safe and integrated educational environment.
Concurrently, the company has secured another contract worth over 15 million SAR with the Holy Makkah Municipality to implement and operate a fully integrated digital system for managing and maintaining public parks and facilities in Makkah, in partnership with Ariz Information Technology. The three-year project aims to enhance asset management efficiency through automated engineering surveys using advanced 3D scanning technologies, as well as developing performance indicators and smart analytical reports to support decision-making and optimize operational expenses. The project also focuses on knowledge transfer and enabling the municipality to achieve sustainable self-operation, ensuring integration with its current and future digital systems, and enhancing beneficiary experience through faster response times and improved service quality.
