Fadha held a training workshop to introduce the ProMaster system for managing major projects, for a government entity, attended by project managers and engineers from the contractors and consultants working with it
The workshop reviewed how the system works, its capabilities and features, and its role in enhancing project management efficiency, and governing and controlling procedures and documentation, contributing to raising the quality of project outputs and achieving Vision 2030 targets to the highest standards.
