As part of Qassim University’s efforts to develop its educational infrastructure and provide a modern academic environment that aligns with community aspirations and Saudi Vision 2030, a contract was signed with Fadha Engineering Consultants Company to provide technical and engineering supervision services for the university’s projects at the main campus and its provincial branches, with a value exceeding SAR 19 million. Through this project, the company aims to support the university in efficiently implementing its construction projects by providing comprehensive services, including conducting studies, preparing designs, and reviewing tender documents, in addition to field supervision, quality management, cost control, and timeline management, ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational quality.
The scope of work includes all projects related to college buildings, lecture halls, and supporting services, through direct supervision of implementation, reviewing plans, and providing continuous technical support.
The general objectives of the project include:
ensuring quality of execution, adherence to project timelines, cost management efficiency, enhancing safety at work sites, supporting decision-making through regular analytical reports, and contributing to building internal capabilities by transferring technical expertise and ensuring sustainable performance.
